Where do you ship to?

We ship within Malaysia, Singapore and internationally. However, customs duties and taxes may apply, and these charges are the recipient’s responsibility.

How much does shipping cost?

  • Malaysia & Singapore: Free shipping
  • International: S$40 flat rate
  • Free international shipping for orders over S$200 Singapore Dollar

How can I track my order?

What if my package is delayed or lost?

  • If your package is delayed, check the tracking details first.
  • If your package is lost, contact us, and we’ll try our best to assist you. However, Joan.gift is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after shipping.

Can I return my item for a refund?

No, we do not accept returns for refunds. However, we do offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must:

Are there any items that cannot be exchanged?

Yes, the following items cannot be exchanged or refunded:

  • Engraved, embossed, or personalized items
  • Special orders or made-to-order products

Who covers the shipping cost for exchanges?

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges.

Repair Service – FAQs

Do you offer repairs for your products?

Yes! All handmade products from Joan.gift are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days from the date of delivery.

What does the 30-day warranty cover?

Within the 30-day period, we will repair any breakage caused by manufacturing defects at no additional cost.

What is not covered under the warranty?

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper care
  • Damage from misuse

All repair requests will be evaluated by our team on a case-by-case basis.

Can I request a repair after 30 days?

Yes! We offer paid repair services after the 30-day warranty period.

How do I request a repair?
